ESS+ Concluded with a Focus on Technology Integration and Opportunities for the Industry
Bogotá, September 2026. The ESS+ International Security Fair concluded its 2026 edition, where technology, specialized knowledge, and the real needs of organizations came together under one roof.
Under the theme “Integration of Global Technologies,” the fair showcased solutions for the protection of people, assets, information, operations, and infrastructure. The event highlighted advancements in electronic security, industrial protection, fire prevention, and technologies that are now being integrated to address increasingly complex and interconnected risks.
The presence of professionals from telecommunications, technology, public, private, and industrial security, commerce, construction, logistics, education, government, energy, infrastructure, and healthcare confirmed the cross-cutting nature of security. A single solution could be analyzed from the perspective of different needs, applications, and markets.
An Audience That Came to Learn, Evaluate, and Decide
Rather than simply highlighting the closing figures, these numbers help shed light on the profile of those who attended the trade show. 62.9% of visitors indicated that they attended to stay up to date on new technologies and trends or to seek out products and services. Additionally, 76.5% are directly involved in purchasing decisions or influence the recommendation of solutions.
Business interests were also high on attendees’ agendas. Demonstrations, meetings, and networking spaces facilitated contact between exhibiting companies, buyers, integrators, distributors, and project managers who came to ESS+ with specific needs.
A Meeting Place with National and International Reach
ESS+ welcomed professionals from Bogotá and various regions of Colombia, along with visitors from markets in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. This diversity expanded opportunities for exchange, helped identify new applications for the solutions on display, and strengthened the fair’s international profile.
The 2026 edition resulted in an industry moving toward a more integrated vision of security, in which innovation gains value when it addresses the operational challenges faced by companies, cities, and infrastructure.
The ESS+ International Security Fair thanks the exhibiting companies, visitors, partners, speakers, and professionals who were part of this edition. Their participation continues to solidify ESS+ as a benchmark for the industry and as a platform for showcasing innovation, sharing knowledge, and generating new business opportunities.
