Free Zone
Is a space with 142,654 m2, located in the heart of the city of Bogotá, 15 minutes from El Dorado International Airport, with connections to the main roads and exclusively dedicated to providing services in the District of Fairs, Events, and Exhibitions and in the future Campus of Science, Technology, and Innovation of Bogotá.

What are the benefits of being an ally of Corferias in the Permanent Free Zone?
TAX BENEFITS
- Special income tax rate of 20% (on income from sales abroad).
- 0% Tariff and VAT on the introduction of goods to the free trade zone coming from other countries.
- Exemption from VAT on goods sold from the NATIONAL TERRITORY to Industrial Users of the Free Trade Zone or AMONG THEM.
- VAT exemption for industrial users-exporters who provide services from ZF and are used exclusively abroad by companies or individuals without businesses or activities in Colombia.
Customs and foreign trade benefits
- Storage of goods introduced to the Free Zone for an unlimited time.
- Transfer of goods between free zones located in the same customs jurisdiction without DIAN authorization.
- Entry of goods to the Free Trade Zone from the Port and Airport, solely with the endorsement of the transport document to the industrial user of the Free Trade Zone.
Advantages of being part of the free trade zone and ALLIED WITH CORFERIAS:
- ZFC operations system and training on its functioning.
- Facilitation of customs operations through the customs agency and logistics operators authorized by DIAN.

Requirements to belong
to the Permanent Free Trade Zone of Corferias
- Legal entity new or that has not carried out activities in Colombia or that was established as a branch of a foreign company that has not carried out activities in Colombia, or industrial user of qualified services in another permanent free zone.
- Commitments for generating investment and employment within the 3 years following the Qualification Act.
